It has been twenty long years since Arkadiy "ARK" Tashman disappeared without a trace from Staten Island. The NYPD Missing Persons division on X has not forgotten, recently updating the public with an age-progressed image of Tashman in hopes of reigniting a trail gone cold. Described as 6 feet tall with blue eyes and brown hair, and noted for his pierced ear, Tashman was just 17 years old when he vanished on January 25, 2005.
