Winter Park's Park Avenue will soon welcome a new eatery into its culinary folds as Artistry Restaurants continues to stretch its gastronomic footprint. Taking over the space once occupied by 310 Park South—a Park Avenue staple for over 25 years, which shuttered on New Year's Eve—will be Oak & Stone, known for its stone-fired, thin-crust pizzas and a diverse menu that runs the gamut from gourmet bites to comfort foods. In the words of Artistry Restaurants COO Jason Brooks, "While the closing of 310 Park South marks the end of an era, we are honored to take over the space and bring a new neighborhood favorite to Winter Park,” according to a statement reported by Orlando Weekly.
Oak & Stone brings a tavern-style vibe to Park Avenue, complete with a self-serve beer wall like its Gulf Coast locations. Replacing the former 310 Park South, it’s set to be a new favorite for creative dishes like Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and a crispy grouper BLT. With this addition, Artistry Restaurants is expanding its presence on Park Avenue, joining popular spots like BOCA, Atlantic Beer and Oyster, and The Chapman. This information was detailed by Bungalower, who also noted that Oak & Stone serves brunch, lunch, and dinner.
While an official opening date for Oak & Stone has not been shared publicly, the anticipation for its arrival is growing. The popular casual dining brand already has locations in Sarasota, Estero, Wellen Park, Downtown St. Petersburg, Naples, and Bradenton, and its latest outpost is set further to cement Artistry's strong presence on the Avenue.
If you can’t wait for Oak & Stone’s grand opening, their other locations offer a taste of what’s to come. In the meantime, their existing spots continue to serve signature dishes and brews.
