Commuters in Baltimore County faced major delays last evening following a significant motor vehicle collision in the Owings Mills area. The Baltimore County Police Department reported that they were on the scene and due to the severity of the accident, Southbound Owings Mills Blvd from Dolefield Road to Red Run Blvd would be "closed for an extended period of time" and advised residents to steer clear of the area.
