Authorities are seeking the community's help in finding an endangered missing person. Carmen D. Rosario, aged 73, was last yesterday around 7 pm on the 1xx block of W. Huntingdon St., as reported by the Philadelphia Police Department. Rosario, known to frequent the area of 10th St and Erie Ave, is described as 5’5", weighing 140 lbs., with brown eyes, white hair, and a medium build.
When Rosario was last seen, he wore a black jacket, an unknown-colored nightgown, a black ski cap, boots, and a black purse. As concerns for his safety grow, the police have categorized his disappearance as an endangered missing person case. The authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist in locating the missing elder.
