By Monday, the clarity returns as the forecast calls for full sunshine and a high near 38 degrees, with persistent westerly winds of 5 to 15 mph. The evening will remain partly cloudy with temperatures balancing around 33 degrees, according to NWS predictions.
Philadelphians enduring the winter weather will feel a slight reprieve as Tuesday's highs creep to near 43 degrees under partly sunny skies. The nights maintain their grip on the cold though with lows expected to settle around 26 degrees. Looking towards the back half of the week, Wednesday heats up with highs touching nearly 48 degrees, and partly sunny skies dominating the day.
