"They were chosen for promotion based on a review of their dedicated work performance in combination with a proven desire to be leaders," said Constable Herman. The promoted officers include Lieutenant Kenneth Massey Jr., Lieutenant Justin Wilkerson, Sergeant Stephen Holle, Corporal Colby Romero, Sergeant Martin Gonzalez, Sergeant Antonio Hernandez, and Sergeant Alexander Cappi. A photo of the officers with Constable Mark Herman was shared to celebrate the promotions.

Precinct 4 launched the "C4 NOW" app to keep the community informed about local crime, arrests, and traffic updates.
