
In court, 34-year-old Bomman, a member of the Heath Street Gang from Roxbury, pleaded guilty to charges of running a drug distribution operation. His sentencing is scheduled for April 10, with U.S. District Court Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton presiding, according to the U.S. Attorney Office.
In February, Bomman was arrested as part of a large operation targeting the Heath Street Gang. He admitted to selling drugs like cocaine and fentanyl from 2021 to 2024. Facing charges of drug distribution and conspiracy, he could be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison, with a lifetime of supervised release and fines up to $1 million, as stated by the U.S. Attorney Office.
Bomman’s case is being handled by U.S. Attorney Joshua S. Levy, Boston Police Commissioner Michael Cox, and ATF Special Agent James M. Ferguson, with help from local police departments. Prosecutors Michael Crowley and Sarah Hoefle are working to stop organized crime and gangs in Boston.
