As per the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, at approximately 1:45 p.m., searchers made voice contact with Davis near the Paradise Park Trailhead.
Davis, hailing from Spokane, WA, found himself stranded yet he had the fortune of being able to communicate with the rescuers who swiftly assembled to render assistance. The operation involved multiple agencies, including the American Medical Response (AMR) Reach and Treat (RAT) team, whose expertise played a crucial role in the successful rescue. In what can be described as a race against time, and the elements, rescuers managed to reach Davis by 2:45 p.m., who appeared to be in good physical condition despite the ordeal.
