The parolee is Kenneth Hennessy, a 66-year-old male, 5'08" tall, weighing 205 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos that include "PINOY" on his upper back, a koi fish on his upper left arm, and a wizard on his left chest. His CDCR number is BB4257. Kenneth absconded from parole in January 2018, and there is an active parole warrant for his arrest.
