
Last Saturday, a man, believed to be in his 70s, was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a trailer park in Ceres. The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office reported on social media that deputies were summoned to the 700 block of River Road around 1:30 p.m., where they discovered the body.
Upon arrival, authorities confirmed the death of an adult male, who was found unresponsive. Based on the initial assessment, local authorities are treating the death as a homicide and have launched a full investigation led by the Major Crimes Unit (MCU). The team is currently processing evidence and conducting interviews to determine the circumstances surrounding the man's death.
