Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman did not disclose the details of the charges against the individual, referred to as the "Sex Toy Bandit," nor did he reveal the identity of the suspect. A photograph shared on social media showed a gun among the seized items, which seemed out of place for the store's usual inventory. It is unclear whether the firearm was part of the shoplifting incident, but it does raise questions about the diversity of items available at CVS, as per Click2Houston.
