Two women face theft charges after allegedly stealing over $3,000 worth of fragrances from an ULTA Beauty store on November 19, 2024, at 28000 Northwest Freeway. As reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, loss prevention officers said four women took $3,447 in items and quickly left the store.
After the theft, deputies watched clear surveillance footage to identify the suspects. The images were posted on the Mark Herman Constable Precinct 4 Facebook page, which led to tips from loss prevention managers at other stores. This helped identify two of the thieves, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, Myquel Cooley and Leyah Bilbo, both with a history of theft charges, are the primary suspects in a recent crime. "Myquel Cooley and Leyah Bilbo were both charged with theft, and a warrant has been issued for their arrest. Their bond will be set out of the 179th District Court," stated Constable Mark Herman.
