The DC Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating 12-year-old Quintell Carter, who was last seen on Friday last week, in the 1700 block of 29th Street, Southeast.
In an X post, the DC Police Department asked the community to assist in locating the missing child. Quintell Carter is described as a black male, standing 4'5" tall with black hair and brown eyes.
