
A man has been declared dead following a shooting that took place at a Maple Heights convenience store on the evening of New Year's Eve. The incident, which resulted in the death of the unidentified victim, occurred outside of the Convenience Food Mart located on Dunham Road, as reported by the Maple Heights Police Department.
Officers were called to the scene around 6:30 p.m. after witnesses reported to have heard gunshots. Upon arriving, police discovered the victim with a gunshot wound in the parking lot.
