An anonymous tip has led to the capture of Virginia Hubbard, a 55-year-old woman, who was on the Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted list for allegedly neglecting a Tulsa County woman in her care and financially exploiting her. Hubbard was apprehended last month in Detroit after the tipster provided locations details to the Attorney General's tipline, facilitating coordination between the Attorney General's agents and Detroit police for her arrest, according to the Attorney General's Office.
"Thanks to the vigilance of an anonymous tipster and swift action by law enforcement, we have apprehended someone accused of a horrific crime," Drummond said, praising the collaboration between Tulsa and Detroit authorities to "ensure she faces the consequences of her actions," the Attorney General's Office revealed. In addition to Hubbard's capture, the list now includes three new fugitives, encompassing charges from drug trafficking to causing a fatal crash while under the influence of methamphetamines, as well as rape and failure to register as a sex offender.
Among the newly added most wanted is Sau Tau Liu, a 58-year-old indicted by the Multi-County Grand Jury for trafficking marijuana, with the Attorney General's Office collaborating with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and offering up to $2,000 for information leading to his capture. Donavan Tyler Ray, a 33-year-old fugitive, is wanted for raping a 12-year-old girl in 2017 and not registering as a sex offender; a reward of up to $3,000 has been declared for details leading to Ray's apprehension, which signifies the severity of the offenses he is accused of. Lastly, Michael Christopher Marlow, 43, is sought for causing a deadly accident in 2022 with prior convictions that include DUI, flight from law enforcement, and other infringements; information leading to Marlow could fetch up to $1,000.
For those with potentially crucial information on these individuals, the Attorney General's Office encourages contacting their tipline at 405-343-8107, as any contribution could be instrumental in realizing justice where it has been evaded and ensuring the safety of the community by removing dangerous individuals from our streets, seeing as rewards are offered for information that directly contributes to the arrest of these individuals. The complete profiles and additional details regarding the new fugitives and the remaining most wanted can be found on the Attorney General's 10 Most Wanted page.
