The White Settlement Police Department has reason to celebrate, as one has recently completed two intensive crash investigation training programs. Sgt. Lana Cook has successfully graduated from an Intermediate Crash Investigation course, which involved 40 hours of training, and an Advanced Crash Investigation course, which required a significant commitment of 80 hours.
According to a social media post from the White Settlement Police Department, "These certifications will assist our team during serious injury or fatality crash scenes." This training ensures that when the most grave incidents occur, the White Settlement team has the expertise to unravel the events that led to every collision meticulously.
Looking ahead, Sgt. Cook is not done with her educational pursuits. She has another class lined up for April that delves into Crash Reconstruction concepts.
