A 22-year-old man, identified as Jose Vanegas-Letcher, has been taken into custody in connection with a fatal shooting at a Pinellas Park residence. Vanegas-Letcher is facing a second-degree murder charge for the death of 45-year-old Stanley McSwain Jr., according to Tampa Bay Times. The incident occurred in the 3500 block of Applewood Terrace North, where officers found McSwain suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
