Tragedy struck Riversedge Circle last week when a fire claimed the lives of two Anne Arundel County residents. The Anne Arundel County Fire Department has released an update identifying the victims as 84-year-old Paul D. Tisdale and 70-year-old Pamala S. Fox.
An accidental fire broke out in a townhouse last Wednesday at 9:48 pm. Firefighters worked quickly to put out the flames and found two people inside. Sadly, both died from their injuries after being taken to the hospital. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
As the Anne Arundel County Fire Department reported, the neighboring residence was also impacted, prompting the Red Cross to assist the displaced adult occupants and pets. Fortunately, no other injuries were reported from the fire that night. Authorities have not disclosed further details as the investigation proceeds.
