Convicted Felon on Federal Probation Rearrested with Drugs and Firearms in San AntonioSource: Bexar County Sheriff's Office

San Antonio has seen another former convict find his way back behind bars. Juan Solis Jr., a convicted felon previously on federal probation, was arrested after a traffic stop led to the discovery of drugs and firearms in his vehicle. This incident went down on February 12 near Bandera Road and Ingram Road, as reported by Fox San Antonio.

Pulled over by Bexar County Sheriff's deputies, who said they smelled an odor of marijuana emanating from inside the car, a search was conducted, which revealed Solis was in possession of several drugs, including meth. Along with the narcotics, two guns were unearthed from within the vehicle. As per a statement obtained by News 4 San Antonio, one of these firearms bore a serial number that had been deliberately made illegible, indicating possible attempts at concealing its identity.

The consequences for Solis are serious, as he now faces several charges related to drug and weapons possession. With his probationanry status already a smear on his record, the added weight of these new accusations places Solis in a precarious position within the confines of Bexar County Jail.
