On Monday, the Denton County Sheriff’s Office made a significant arrest in their ongoing battle against crimes targeting minors online. In a sting operation involving their Human Trafficking Unit, 47-year-old Jason James Giuliani was taken into custody. Giuliani was charged with the felony of Online Solicitation of a Minor after he was allegedly caught sending sexually explicit materials and messages to someone he believed was a 15-year-old girl. According to the Denton County Sheriff's Office press release, the investigation revealed that Giuliani was a contracted custodian at Curtis Middle School in Allen, Texas, where he was arrested.
The operation was reportedly collaborative between the Sheriff’s Office, Allen Independent School District, and the Allen Police Department. In what appears to have suddenly become a disturbingly familiar narrative, school employees find themselves entangled in allegations of attempting to exploit children.
Giuliani was booked into the Denton County Jail following his capture at the school premises.
