The Kingsport Cultural Arts Department is highlighting the work of local artist Stacie Lane at The Circle Gallery, located within Kingsport City Hall. Lane’s exhibit, which features innovative designs using vinyl, cardboard, and paper, is open to the public at 415 Broad Street through May 20.
The exhibit includes various handcrafted items, such as personalized clothing, greeting cards, tumblers, and shadowboxes. Lane, a well-established artist in the Tri-Cities area, has previously showcased her work at events such as the Christmas Connection, the Kingsport GOAT Festival, and the Jingle Dash Bazaar, according to the City of Kingsport.
Originally from Johnson City, Lane now resides in Kingsport with her family. In addition to her artistic endeavors, she enjoys true crime podcasts, birdwatching, and solving intricate 1,000-piece puzzles.
