Fleeing the scene before law enforcement could intervene, both participants were gone upon the officers' arrival, leaving behind the echoes of the skirmish they had engaged in. In a search across local medical facilities, the authorities located Nilkinson L. Medina at St. John's Hospital, bearing multiple stab wounds. The wounds, delivered victoriously by his punctured chest, rendered his later announcement as deceased, as per the New York Post.
Investigations continued through yesterday, with a woman reported to be the focal point of the deadly dispute.
