Her list of leadership roles includes serving as the chief financial officer for Baptist Child & Family Services, and she holds membership in the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. She is also known for her philanthropic commitment as the vice-chair of the board of directors for the Bulverde Spring Branch Pregnancy Care Center and for her contributions to local education and sports groups.
