Andrade was last seen near Volcano Road and Enos Road in Kurtistown, according to reports. Authorities have recently issued another call for information leading to his whereabouts, emphasizing the urgency to find him as days have passed since his last confirmed sighting.
Described as being approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 189 pounds, Andrade has short black hair, brown eyes, and notable tattoos including a ti-leaf lei band on his right bicep and the name “Andrade” prominently displayed across his upper back. He also has lettering tattooed on his right shin. The details of his description are being widely circulated in the hope that members of the public might recognize him and provide valuable leads.
