
The Houston Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the southeast part of the city, resulting in the death of a man following an argument at home. According to Click2Houston, the incident took place just before 8 p.m. on the 500 block of Edgebrook Drive.
Police arrived at the scene and found a man dead from at least one gunshot wound. While investigating, a 30-year-old man came forward and turned himself in. He told officers the victim was his father and that during an argument, his father pulled out an axe. He said he feared for his life and fired the shot. "Fearing for his life, the man said he shot his father," as stated by Click2Houston.
Houston police are investigating a shooting in which a man turned himself in. The Clear Lake Division is leading the case, and witnesses, including the suspect's grandmother, are being interviewed.
