A 41-year-old female inmate at the Cuyahoga County Jail was pronounced dead after being found unresponsive in her cell early Sunday morning, multiple sources have reported. The inmate, identified as Jennifer Wade, was discovered at approximately 4 a.m. in the Mental Health Unit of the Cuyahoga County Corrections Center, as confirmed by Cuyahoga County Press Secretary Jennifer Ciaccia in a statement obtained by News 5 Cleveland.
