The incident occurred on the evening of Saturday, February 08, when a vehicle struck a tree on Riverview Drive near Rios Road. According to the press release, authorities were called to the scene at approximately 8:39 p.m., only to find the driver had succumbed to their injuries and was pronounced deceased onsite.
Investigative officers from the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station Traffic Team have taken the lead on this case.
