
The Kaua‘i Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the community in their efforts to locate Noa Howatt, a 33-year-old Lāwa‘i man who has been reported missing since Tuesday. Howatt is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, around 165 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair, according to a statement from Kaua‘i County press release.
When he was last spotted, he was donning a gray jacket and dark-colored surf shorts. The Kaua‘i Police Department has shared an appeal through various channels, including social media, urging the public to keep an eye out for Howatt.
