Lake County deputies are in pursuit of two individuals connected to a recent homicide, intensifying their search for suspect Justin Fout, 31, and person of interest Patricia Neely, 38. Officials have distributed an arrest warrant for Fout on charges of second-degree murder, and they caution the public against approaching either individual.
The Lake County Sheriff's Office disclosed the fatal shooting of a man, identified as Justin Kates, who was found deceased on Colby Place in Sorrento. Witnesses at the scene recounted a heated verbal altercation between Kates and Fout before the shooting, FOX 35 Orlando reported.
Authorities have described the getaway vehicle as an older model white Dodge Ram van bearing signs of distress, including front and rear damage, a rear black spray-painted right door, and a shattered left rear door window. This van, potentially inhabited by the wanted pair, was last witnessed adorned with an invalid Florida tag, CX8651, an inaccuracy publicly noted by the Lake County Sheriff's Office via social media.
Reports indicate that Fout and Neely, both familiar with the Orlando area, maybe transiently living in the distressed van. ClickOrlando detailed how they urge anyone with potential knowledge of their whereabouts or the vehicle to contact the Lake County Sheriff's Office at 352-343-2101 without directly engaging with the suspects.
