In an update provided by LVMPD, McCullough was apprehended on Monday, and is currently held at the Clark County Detention Center, facing charges of open murder with a deadly weapon and other felonies.

The incident, which unfolded on Sunday, led to the discovery of two men with gunshot wounds in a parking lot near a business on South Jones Boulevard. Regrettably, the medical team's response to transport the victims to the hospital was not enough to save one man, pronounced dead shortly after. The name of the deceased, as well as the cause and manner of death has not been released yet, pending information from the Clark County Coroner’s Office. Detectives had determined that the shooting took place during a group altercation, which rapidly escalated when, an unknown male, now identified as McCullough, fired into the crowd.
