
A bicyclist is in critical condition after a hit-and-run incident in Las Vegas, and authorities are searching for the driver. FOX5 Vegas reported that the crash occurred near a marked crosswalk at the intersection of Charleston and Hinson Street around 7:33 p.m. yesterday. The vehicle involved is believed to be a mid-2000s Chevrolet Tahoe or GMC Yukon, silver or gold in color.
After the collision, the SUV fled the scene, leaving the 58-year-old male victim with life-threatening injuries. The victim, whose identity has not been released, was taken to UMC Trauma for life-saving treatment, according to LVMPD. News3LV noted that the vehicle may have damage to the front grill, bumper, and undercarriage, which could help identify it.
