
The Memphis Police Department are investigating a fatal hit-and-run on Sam Cooper Boulevard that killed a man. According to Action News 5, the incident occurred near Tillman Street at around 6:53 p.m.
Officers responding to the scene found a male who had been struck by a vehicle. The victim, whose identity remains unreleased, was transported to a nearby hospital with critical injuries but was later pronounced dead. Local Memphis reported that the responsible vehicle, a white sedan that might be a Ford Crown Victoria, was traveling westbound on Sam Cooper when it collided with the man.
