Delilah Ruiz, 20, was fatally shot in her Miami home during an argument with her boyfriend, Elijah Clarke. The incident happened on Northwest 189th Street and Northwest 63rd Avenue. Clarke, 19, has been arrested and charged with murder, according to NBC Miami.
