Yesterday, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman's Office stopped a vehicle for a minor violation in the 8400 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road West. The driver, Juan Ramirez, was arrested after the stop revealed he had open traffic warrants and a class B theft warrant out of Harris County. Deputies also found he was in possession of Ecstasy, a controlled substance.
Constable Mark Herman's Facebook page announced the arrest: "Juan Rodriguez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the warrants and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond for the drug charge was set at $2,500.00 out of the 337th District Court."
