Drivers in Nevada should prepare for traffic disruptions due to an overnight closure of southbound Interstate 15 (I-15) and nearby ramps from 9:00 p.m. on Monday next week to 5:00 a.m. the following morning. In addition to the closure, there will be other restrictions. Northbound I-15 will be reduced to three lanes at Harmon Avenue. Several ramps will also be closed, including the Flamingo Road on-ramp to southbound I-15, Harmon Avenue on-ramp to southbound I-15, and the southbound I-15 off-ramp to Tropicana Avenue. The Nevada Department of Transportation plans to redirect traffic onto a southbound I-15 collector-distributor road via Russell Road, providing an alternate route to access I-215.
