Commuters can breathe a sigh of relief as S.E. Troutdale Road, once snared by an auto mishap and strewn with power lines, has been reopened. The stretch between S.E. Division Drive and S.E. Strebin Road was shut down early Tuesday morning following an incident where a vehicle collided with a power pole, resulting in the collapse of electrical conduits across the tarmac, as reported by Multnomah County.
Following the crash, local authorities and utility workers jumped into action to restore order and safety. Multnomah County Road Maintenance and Portland General Electric teamed up to address the hazards and clear the debris, as per Multnomah County.
Multnomah County manages 269 miles of roads. "For information, visit: https://www.multco.us/roads," as stated by Multnomah County.
