The Sacramento Police Department is asking for public assistance in locating a missing person, Ann Godwin, who is considered at-risk. She is a 79-year-old woman with dementia who has been missing since late January. Godwin is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs around 140 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes, as per the Sacramento Police Department Facebook page.
The police do not have information on what Godwin might have been wearing when she went missing, as her dementia has affected her memory. The last time she was in contact with anyone was by phone on Wednesday last week around 5 p.m., but her service has since been disconnected. Her last known physical sighting was on Tuesday last week at around 6 p.m. when she was seen leaving the 2900 Block of Longboat Key Way, using a walker.
