The Executive Leaders Program at the Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Homeland Defense and Security in Monterey, California, has been completed by Pamela A. Smith. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice Education from the University of Virginia, and has completed FBI training programs. The program brought together homeland security officials from various sectors to address policy, strategy, and organizational challenges.
