The incident in question unfolded on Monday at around 1:38 p.m., when an individual brandishing a firearm demanded money from an employee after entering a business on the 800 block of Quincy Street, Northwest. The suspect subsequently made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, leaving the scene before law enforcement arrived.

After several days of investigation, authorities identified 31-year-old David Williams as the alleged perpetrator. Williams was apprehended yesterday, and he now faces charges of Armed Robbery (Gun). Details of the arrest were published on the Metropolitan Police Department's official website.
