
Yesterday afternoon's calm was interrupted by gunfire on Tampa's N. 13th St., where Tampa Police are now piecing together the events that left two people wounded. At around 4:00 pm, an adult black male and a black male teenager were reportedly caught in a shootout and subsequently taken to a hospital with injuries deemed non-life-threatening, as per details shared by the Tampa Police Department.
According to initial reports, the individuals appear to have been engaging with occupants of a dark-colored vehicle, from which shots were fired. The vehicle in question has quickly became a focus for investigators attempting to swiftly locate and apprehend those responsible for the altercation. Tampa Police have revealed that the car fled immediately after the incident, and they are in the process of gathering evidence to fully understand the context of the shooting.
