Impaired driving remains a concern, as shown by a recent arrest made by Constable Mark Herman's Office. On Sunday night, deputies stopped Taylor Neveaux near Fuqua Ridge Lane after suspecting she was driving under the influence. Her behavior at the time confirmed the suspicion of intoxication.
During the traffic stop, deputies noted several signs of impairment in Neveaux. She was subjected to standard field sobriety tests, which she reportedly did not pass. A subsequent investigation revealed her blood alcohol content was 0.217, nearly three times the legal limit.
In their official Facebook post regarding the incident, which can be followed at Precinct 4, it was highlighted that, "Taylor Neveaux was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 7."
