
In the early morning of February 10, deputies arrested three individuals in Phelan, California, for allegedly stealing fencing material and possessing a stolen vehicle. The suspects, Elizabeth Green, Christopher Miller, and Teri Jones, are now facing charges including possession of stolen property, conspiracy to commit a crime, and grand theft; Jones has an additional charge of possession of a stolen vehicle.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department's report, the arrest was made after a 911 call reported suspicious activity near Buttemere Road and La Mesa Road Deputy A. Elkabany arrived on the scene to find a white Ford F450 flatbed truck loaded with metal fence posts which upon a records check was discovered stolen out of Pomona, the suspects found at this scene were then subsequently placed under arrest.
Following their arrest, all three suspects were booked at the High Desert Detention Center. The Sheriff's Department has stated that the investigation is ongoing and encourages anyone with relevant information to contact Deputy A. Elkabany or anonymously through We-Tip at 800-78CRIME or on their website, as stated in a Nixle alert.
