Last Friday, law enforcement officers apprehended 21-year-old Elias David Arcilla on the serious charge of harboring more than 600 images of child pornography. According to a statement provided by the Napa County Sheriff's Office, Arcilla, a native of Vallejo residing in American Canyon, is now facing the consequences of his alleged actions.
The investigation that led to Arcilla's arrest was detailed in the same social media post from the Napa County Sheriff's Office, and the charges are severe: possession and distribution of child pornography, along with the attempt to communicate with a minor with the intent of committing a sexual offense.
His current situation is clear: Arcilla sits in the Napa County jail, his movement is restricted by custody, and his freedom is pegged on a bail amounting to $100,000.
