Vallejo Police Department recently reported a successful operation following an armed carjacking incident that took place yesterday. The crime occurred on the 100 block of Larissa Lane, where two female victims were held at gunpoint by multiple male suspects. According to the victims, their vehicle was trapped by the suspects using two cars before being ordered out and watching the suspects drive away in their car.

The patrolling officers demonstrated their efficiency when they later found the stolen vehicle abandoned near Kissel Alley and Sacramento Street. A stroke of luck came into play when one of the victims, during transportation to recover their car, recognized a vehicle from the carjacking. Officers quickly located and halted the suspect vehicle during a high-risk felony stop near Kentucky Street and Sonoma Boulevard. Inside, they discovered two unlicensed juveniles, two loaded, unregistered firearms, and the stolen items belonging to the victims. The suspects were arrested on multiple felony charges, the Vallejo Police Department's social media post indicated.
