
The Florida Highway Patrol has confirmed the recovery of human remains and a 2009 Toyota Corolla from a retention pond near Dean Road, in close vicinity to Eastmar Commons Boulevard in Orange County. The discovery, made possible by a volunteer civilian dive team known as Sunshine State Sonar, transpired early Saturday morning, an FHP report details.
Responding to the scene around 8:30 a.m., troopers indicated that the vehicle had departed from the roadway under undisclosed circumstances and submerged in the pond. While the car was extracted from its watery grave, the identity of the deceased remains a question mark, lingering in the unknown pending insights from the medical examiner, ClickOrlando reported.
The actual events of the crash are still under investigation, as stated by troopers. Soon, the Medical Examiners are expected to unveil the person's identity whose journey concluded amidst the depths, providing some closure to the queries swirling around the missing person's case, as detailed by FOX 35 Orlando.
