A routine check on a suspicious vehicle led to the apprehension of a wanted suspect in the North Houston area, according to Constable Mark Herman's Office. Deputies arrived at the scene in the late hours yesterday, at the 10900 block of N Sam Houston Pkwy W. The driver of the vehicle was swiftly identified as Eryn Tacker.
An investigation on the spot brought to light that Tacker had unsettled legal matters—a felony warrant for Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information from Harris County and a Revoked Probation for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle out of Matagorda County. This affirmation of suspicion led to immediate action. "Eryn Tacker was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the warrants," stated Constable Mark Herman in a news release on the Facebook page.
