
According to a recent post on their official Facebook page, the White Settlement Fire Department has been a hub of activity through January. The department, a pillar in their community, clocked in 300 calls for the month, illustrating both the demands placed on these responders and the prevailing needs of the community they service. Among these calls, there were 235 responses from fire, emergency medical services (EMS), and motor vehicle accident (MVA), showcasing the varied nature of emergencies they tackle daily.
It wasn't just the critical incidents that kept the firefighters busy. The White Settlement Fire Department reported 12 false alarms and 43 service and good intent calls, highlighting the breadth of situations that require their presence – from the harrowing to the benign. Additionally, the team conducted 20 fire inspections throughout the community to demonstrate their commitment to prevention and preparedness.
The post details that the department managed 94 simultaneous calls—a testament to the teamwork and efficiency of the White Settlement's brave firefighters.
