Early this morning, a woman was found with a gunshot wound after a vehicle crash in the neighborhood of Sheraden, prompting a swift response from Pittsburgh emergency services. Just after 8:30 a.m., units from the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, along with the Fire and EMS counterparts, were dispatched to the 3100 block of Kelvin Street following reports of a shooting incident. While making their way to the scene, officers discovered a vehicle that had slammed into a pole not far from the reported location, situated on Chartiers Ave at Sutherland St. Inside the crashed vehicle, they found the injured female. According to the statement by authorities, firefighters at the scene engaged in life-saving measures, performing CPR before medics rushed her to the hospital in a state of critical condition.
