
In a recent turn of events, the Baltimore Police Department has reported the apprehension of a 27-year-old male from Woodlawn in connection to an armed carjacking. The incident, which unfolded yesterday, forced a 62-year-old man to part with his vehicle under threat in the northwest district of the city. Details provided by a social media post from the Baltimore Police reveal that the carjacking took place in the 4800 block of Windsor Mill Road.

In reference to an armed carjacking that occurred on February 16, 2025, at approximately 7:30 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers arrested a 27-year-old male from Woodlawn.

After the incident, patrol officers executed a search that culminated in discovering the stolen vehicle in the 3400 block of Bateman Avenue. The officers found the suspect, whose identity has not been disclosed, asleep inside the car.
He was arrested without incident, thereafter, reaching a denouement at the Central Booking Intake Facility. Charged with several counts, including carjacking and armed robbery, his future now rests in the hands of the judiciary.
