Chaos ensued on Cypress Rosehill Road this week when a 19-year-old was arrested after causing a significant four-vehicle collision. Harris County Constable Precinct 4 was quickly on the scene after receiving reports of the crash, which took place in the 15400 block. The suspect, identified as Vincent Reyes, exhibited obvious signs of intoxication according to deputies.
